What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, product, engineering) to translate business needs into technical specifications for ML solutions.
  • Pre-process, clean, and transform large datasets to prepare them for model training.
  • Develop and implement machine learning pipelines, including feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
  • Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning research and apply these learnings to your work.
  • Continuously improve the performance and efficiency of existing machine learning models.
  • Document your work clearly and concisely for future reference and collaboration.

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning), and statistical methods.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with data wrangling, cleaning, and manipulation tools (e.g., pandas).
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
